Our client, MNC Manufacturing Based Company , looking for suitable candidates

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee plating performance, conduct root cause analysis, investigate process failures and recommend appropriate solutions or corrective actions
  • Work with cross-functional teams on process capability and yield improvement projects
  • Coordinate troubleshooting of process issues and yield losses
  • Drive for continuous process improvement and permanent solutions to resolve chronic process and quality issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Recognized degree in Engineering and Science, preferable chemical related.
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in manufacturing engineering particularly electroplating process and preferred in leadframe manufacturing industry
