Job Description The Language and Behavior Center is a boutique-style ABA company, owned by two BCBAs, aimed at providing a neurodiverse-affirming experience for our clients and staff. We're looking for part-time, play-based RBTs in the DC and Silver Spring, MD area that can help make a difference for the children we serve! Position Overview The Play-based RBT position is a critical component of our treatment team at TLBC. Play-based RBTs provide engaging and educational services to children in their homes. A step above a typical caregiver, our play-based RBTs are trained in child development as well as positive-behavior systems. They understand the importance of developmentally appropriate and engaging play, as well as consistent structure and boundaries.
