Key Responsibilities

Automation & Testing

 Design, develop, and maintain UI automation frameworks using Playwright (JavaScript /

TypeScript)

 Automate ServiceNow IRM workflows and end-to-end user journeys

 Perform API automation testing for REST-based services

 Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines

 Analyze test execution results and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects

Quality & Delivery

 Ensure overall solution quality, stability, and performance

 Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

 Maintain comprehensive test cases, automation scripts, and documentation

 Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in testing processes
