Overview
We are building a deterministic, workflow-orchestrated RPA system to retrieve structured claim status data directly from payer portals.
This is not a scraping side project.
This is a production-grade automation platform intended to replace inconsistent phone-based claim follow-up workflows with a scalable, auditable, and structured portal-based solution.
All development will be done live over Zoom sessions.
We are looking for a senior-level engineer who is comfortable designing architecture collaboratively in real time.
Business Context
For many payers:
APIs are unavailable or insufficient
Phone-based claim status inquiries produce inconsistent results
Manual portal work is time-consuming and difficult to scale
Status language varies and is difficult to normalize
