Job Description:

Senior Engineer PLC, SCADA, DCS and Instrumentation

• Experience in PLC Programming, SCADA system development and HMI design.
• Proficiency in PLC programming languages, including Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
• Hands on experience in calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of all type of field
• instruments like pressure, Level, Flow and Temperature measuring instruments & Transmitters, Control valves, PID controllers, Data loggers, Solenoid valves, Proximity and Photo electric sensors.
• Expertise in control panel troubleshooting of all kinds of signals like DI, DO, AI &AO of different process control equipments.
• Strong experience on communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Profibus,Modbus, OPC UA/DA, TCP/IP)
• Point to Point wiring of relays, controls, PLC, I/O Modules, VFD's, Interfaces, and Instrumentation
• Having Good Knowledge in Panel Engineering, VFD, Stepper and Servo Motors and Drives
• Understanding Customer requirement and developing application within scheduled timelines.
• Visiting customer places, studying requirements, and implementing solutions.
• Coordination with Third party systems suppliers for smooth integration of sub-systems into the main automation project
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Omron-PLC hands on would be better.
