**Purpose of the position**:
Provide solution and support to the automation projects on PLC programming and control systems.
**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Lead generation of aesthetically simple HMI screens for complex machinery that provide sufficient feedback for troubleshooting.
- Lead generation of PLC ladder logic with an emphasis on generating code that is organized, structured, documented, maintainable, and reusable.
- Experience w/IOT platforms, hardware design.
- Lead projects and installations with regard to control systems for production equipment.
- Assist production in continuous process optimization of automated lines.
- Manage electrical cabinet builds, field wiring, pneumatic and various fluid plumbing.
- Maintain and improve programming standards for PLC and Ignition SCADA automated systems.
