PLC & Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing electrical control systems and PLC-based automation to ensure continuous, reliable operation of production equipment. This role demands a strong technical foundation, proven problem‑solving ability, and a proactive approach to maintenance and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently interpret and analyze electrical schematics, control circuits, and relay logic to support fault diagnosis and system troubleshooting.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to PLC control systems, including Ladder Logic, analog and digital inputs/outputs, and fault diagnostics.
• Lead root cause analysis for equipment breakdowns, documenting and communicating resolution processes to relevant teams.
• Develop, implement, and refine Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategies to enhance equipment uptime and reliability.
