Main position objectives
The Electrical Engineer/Programmer provides the highest quality electrical design of control systems on the Maag family of equipment. Working independently but supported by sales and sales engineering, the incumbent is the electrical PLC representative for the customers controls equipment.
Requires a thorough knowledge of Engineering and Manufacturing practices and methodologies.Must have an in-depth understanding of 3-phase motor controls, Allen Bradley, Siemens PLCs, programming and HMI screen design, and related products.Must be able to read & understand motor control ladder logic drawings. Motor control design ability is a must, along with valve control, relays, timers and related control equipment.A thorough knowledge of Siemens and Allen Bradley controls is a must.MS Office experience is a plus.
