Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled PLC Engineer to join our Maintenance Department at our Medchal Factory . The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation systems across Forging, Injection Molding, and Laboratory Units , ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems for automation and plant machinery.
• Create and maintain detailed PLC documentation , including logic diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting records.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to PLC systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and servo drive systems .
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional maintenance and production teams .
• Manage electrical maintenance activities within the plant.
• Work hands-on with PLC systems from Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley (AB), Delta, and Siemens .

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 3–7 years of experience in PLC programming and maintenance within a manufacturing/industrial setup.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation, SCADA, and HMI development .
• Familiarity with electrical systems, sensors, and control panels .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

B.E / B.Tech in Electrical , Electronics , Instrumentation /Diploma or related fields.
