What You'll Do
Product-Led Growth (~40%)
Identify and prioritize product growth opportunities across the user journey (onboarding, activation, conversion, retention).
Work closely with product, design, and data to define hypotheses and run experiments.
Use analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions and iterate fast.
Shape and improve self-serve experiences, in-app onboarding flows, and product adoption strategies.
Frontend Implementation (~60%)
Build, ship, and iterate frontend features directly in the product using React (TypeScript).
Deliver production-ready code — not just prototypes or POCs.
Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.
Integrate tools and frameworks to support product-led growth initiatives (e.g., A/B testing, analytics, onboarding, in-app guidance).
