Roles and Responsibilities PLM Position Educational Qualification:BE in Mechanical/Production/Automobile or Equivalent Experience :Experience 4-6 Years as a Business Analyst in PLM domain Technical Skills: 1. Siemens Teamcenterunified/Active workspace (workflows, structure Manager, classification, Change Management, Schedule Manager, BOM Access control, Integrated Materials Management) 2. Integration with CAD (NX/Solid Edge/AutoCAD) 3. Teamcenter visualization 4. Teamcenter - SAP integration General Skills: 1. Knowledge of New product development cycle - Preferably fromAutomotive industry 2. Understanding of the business and able to map these business requirements into system requirements in PLM domain (Siemens suite) 4. Design/Document/ and Test customization projects 3. Able to manage customization projects and lead a team of developers (Time/Resources/Cost) 4. Learn OEM methods and system methodologies and best practices inautomotive OEM's in PLM domain and implement them inBajajNPD cycle 5. Provide regular support to users with guidelines to working with PLM 6. Problem Solving and bringing clarity with respect to problem and provide quick resolution of problems 7. Constant upgradation with new technologies available in market by identifying and communicating training
