Job Description

We're looking for an experienced PLM professional to lead a Windchill to Teamcenter migration project. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in PLM systems, data extraction, and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end migration from Windchill to Teamcenter - including planning, execution, monitoring, and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data analysts, developers, PLM architects, and business stakeholders) to ensure smooth and accurate migration.
  • Define and maintain data governance standards, mapping rules, and quality benchmarks.
  • Oversee ETL processes - data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading.
  • Execute Windchill data extraction using tools like WBM, IPS, and IPEM, and perform CSV to TCXML conversions for Teamcenter data loading.
