We zoeken een ploegleider die team aanstuurt, coacht en begeleidt doorheen het productieproces.
Je zal werken in 3 ploegen; één week in de voormiddag (5u-13u), één week in de namiddag (13u-21u) en één week in de nacht (21u-5u).
