Required Technical Skill Set** PL/SQL

Location of Requirement: Kochi
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Analyze and process Call Detail Records (CDRs) for billing accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and troubleshoot billing jobs and batch processes in Unix environments.
• Perform data extraction and manipulation using PL/SQL for billing and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with network teams to understand switch configurations and their impact on billing.
• Support invoice generation, validation, and delivery processes.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes raised by customers or internal stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating fraudulent billing activities through data analysis.
• Maintain documentation for billing processes, job flows, and issue resolutions.
• Participate in audits and compliance checks related to billing operations
