Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced and qualified Plumber to join a leading social housing contractor covering occupied properties across South London.
Role Overview:
Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
Diagnose faults and complete works to a high standard
Work independently across Lambeth, Southwark and nearby postcodes
Provide excellent customer service to tenants
Temp to perm opportunity with long-term stability
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent plumbing qualification
Experience working within social housing (preferred)
Full UK driving licence
Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently
