Plumber Multi Trade Required – Cornwall 


Experienced Plumber Multi Trade required in Cornwall to work on social housing properties on reactive maintenance.

This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of around £35-7000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday bank holidays as well as healthcare benefits.

Plumber Multi Trade Day to Day:

  • All aspects of maintenance work in social properties 

  • Main focus on plumbing work

  • Completing a variety of works in various other trades

  • Driving to various properties completing repairs and maintenance work

  • Driving a company van safely

  • Reporting to your supervisor

    • Plumber Multi Trade Requirements:

  • Plumbing qualification or time served

  • Good multi trade experience 

  • Previous experience working within social housing

  • Good attitude

  • Honest and reliable
