Job Description
Moseley is seeking an experienced Plumbing Designer (Plumbing Engineer) to be an integral member of our engineering team. In this role, you’ll work in a multi-discipline environment and be engaged in calculations, design, layout and specifications of commercial and institutional plumbing system projects. May work a hybrid schedule after 90 days.
Location: Richmond, VA (Alternate office locations include Charlotte, Raleigh, or Baltimore)
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of plumbing engineering design experience preferably with large institutional or commercial projects.
4-year Engineering degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent work experience. ASPE-CPD preferred.
Strong working knowledge of REVIT and Microsoft Office Suite.
Expertise in International Plumbing Code (IPC) and design application of local codes and standards on a project-by-project basis. Familiarity with NFPA 13 is preferred.
