Job Title: Plumbing & Firefighting Design and Draughtsman Engineer

Experience: 4-10 years of experience in Plumbing and Firefighting design and drafting for MEP projects.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing & Firefighting Design and Draughtsman Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and schematics for plumbing and firefighting systems as per project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plumbing Systems

• Prepare detailed layouts for toilets, water supply, and drainage systems.
• Develop schematic diagrams for water supply and drainage networks.
• Design layouts for WTP, STP, ETP, and RO systems.
• Create plant room layouts and tank puddle flange details.
• Design external services for stormwater and sewage systems.

Firefighting Systems

• Prepare floor layouts for sprinklers, hydrants, and fire extinguisher placements.
• Design internal and external hydrant systems.
• Develop fire protection schematic diagrams and submission drawings.
• Prepare detailed working/piping layouts for plant rooms.
• Create puddle flange and coordination layouts as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Plumbing Drafting or related discipline.
• Experience: 4-10 years of experience in Plumbing and Firefighting design and drafting for MEP projects.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D), MS Office;
  knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantage.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and design practices.
• Skills: Attention to detail, accuracy in drawing preparation, and ability to coordinate with engineers and site teams.
