Responsibilities

  • Involve in Programming, Scheduling, and Progress tracking of projects.
  • Co-ordinate with Main Contractor, Consulator, Site Supervisor and Sub-contractors on Technical Matter, Progress matters and prepare monthly and weekly reports.
  • Develop, monitor, and review equipment and manpower deployment plans for project sites.
  • Perform monthly/weekly/daily project progress reporting activities.
  • Monitor the progress of projects and update management for any schedule variances.
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Any other ad-hoc assignment assigned by Superior.
  • Knowledge of Plumbing/Sanitary Works.
  • A license plumber and/or license gas service worker.
