Plumbing Superintendent

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Superintendent position include:

10–15 years of multifamily plumbing construction experience required

Must have hands-on experience with full turnkey plumbing systems including underground, above-ground, and final trim

Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam is essential for daily operations

Prior experience overseeing large crews — 150–200 workers via 10–20 foremen — is highly preferred
