This role blends Plumbing technical expertise with the ability to support plumbers and installers to deliver innovative heating and renewable energy solutions to customers. You will Provide technical guidance, product training, and on-site assistance, ensuring correct system setup, troubleshooting when required, and fostering strong relationships to encourage repeat business and promote advanced heating and renewable solutions.
