Plumbing/Mechanical Engineer – 4 on 4 off

£40,000 per annum plus overtime
If you have experience working carrying out maintenance plumbing and mechanical maintenance work, in a commercial environment (offices, hospitals etc), and are looking for a site based role in Birmingham, then we want to hear from you.
You’ll be working as part of an onsite maintenance team. This position is working 4 days on (6am-5pm), 4 days off, 4 days on (1pm-12pm) 4 days off.
Working on various aspects of plumbing and mechanical building services plant, including water hygiene and plant inspections; plumbing, filter changes, and other mechanical duties in support of the rest of the team. Duties will also include carrying out various non specialist electrical and building fabric maintenance tasks.
