JOB SUMMARY:

The Field Marketing PLUS Manager serves as the digital subject matter expert, focusing primarily on Paid Media (Metasearch, OTA), to hotels participating in the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) Field Marketing Shared Service Organization. Works closely with the Directors and Account Managers to strategize, plan, direct and coordinate activities across multiple digital work streams to verify strategies and tactics are implemented according to hotel business needs across CALA hotels. Verifies the successful execution and analysis of digital deliverables in a timely matter and within budget. Plays a key role in performance marketing driving revenue and new customers to our CALA hotels and resorts, optimizing our paid media programs that deliver efficient revenue at scale. Collaborates with stakeholders to continuously improve visibility while maximizing revenue at the best return on investment.
