A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am a 12 year old boy living with my family in the area ofGlyncoch. I am non verbal I have Autism and Pica. Pica is an eating disorder in which a person eats things not usually considered food.

I love going to school, I really enjoy it, getting out in the community for social activities is the hardest. Sometime when I don’t get what I want, I can self harm by hitting myself on the chest, scramming and hitting myself on the head.

My behaviour through the night can be difficult for my mother and my siblings. Some nights I keep them awake when I become upset.

PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide me with the opportunity to access activities and develop my life skills I would like to go out and have fun

PLACE OF WORK

In and around the local area of Pontypridd

HOURS OF WORK

4 hours a week 2:1 support (2 hours for each PA)
