*Duties: Provides SBIRT encounters as a part of the Substance Abuse Expansion and Integration Program, Medication Management, Individual psychotherapy, crisis intervention and counseling

*EMR Access includes Demographic, Registration, Appointment/Scheduling, Scanning, Triage, PMH/Vital, Orders, Immunizations/PPD, Progress Note, Reporting, Labs, Medial Summary, Telephone Encounters; Electronic Prescribing

*Active NY RN/PNP License, BE/BC
