PMO Analyst

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced PMO Analyst to join a high-performing Technology PMO team. The PMO is focused on strengthening its capabilities and enhancing delivery outcomes across its project portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment has strong attention to detail and thrives on improving processes, frameworks and tools.

In this role you will provide comprehensive PMO support by maintaining project portfolio management standards frameworks tools and templates while ensuring key systems such as CAPS and MS Project Online are effectively administered. You will also lead governance and assurance activities by reviewing project artefacts for compliance and supporting governance forums and decision registers.
