**Responsibilities**
+ Drive the Define and Design phase for all prioritised initiatives
+ Develop end to end process maps, map customer journeys, and conduct as-is and future state assessments.
+ Create low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
+ Define content structure, navigation, and user flows (user journeys etc)
+ Ensure designs meet accessibility standards.
+ Present design solutions, rationale, and findings to stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with Product Owners, Legal/Compliance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are up to the standard and regulatory-compliant.
