Overview


The PMO Analyst will support the effective operation of the Programme Management Office, playing a key role in reporting, planning, and governance for a global transformation programme.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills, and a good understanding of project and programme delivery.



Responsibilities


  • Maintain and update programme plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and reports.
  • Coordinate project governance meetings, preparing presentation packs, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Collect, analyse, and consolidate data for executive reporting.
  • Support financial and resource tracking across the programme.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in identifying and resolving risks or issues.
