Job Description
Responsibilities
- Initiates and fosters effective liaisons with other ITG departments and divisions.
- Maintains division training plans and tracks actual training execution.
- Consolidates and generates various division level reports.
- Enforces quality, process, continuous improvement, audit finding closure, and keeps track of CDD department activities and deliverables.
- Assists department head in personnel management including seating arrangement, budget versus actuals tracking, recruitment flow, training completion, and performance appraisal flow to ensure CDD compliance to existing ITG and/or bank processes.
- Collaborate with CDD heads to continuously improve the division’s delivery outcomes and team engagement.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
