Job Role - PMO Manager
Location- Bangalore
Experience- 5-9 years
Shift- 5:30pm to 2:30 am (US shift )
Pickup and drop facility available

Roles and Responsibilities -

1. End-to-end project lifecycle management (Agile,Waterfall, sprint panning, Jira)
2. Cloud/Database/Application Migration Management (Oracle, Postgre SQL, Azure, AWS)
3. Stakeholder & Risk Management (CAB, GRC, Compliance)
4. PMO Governance (Financials, Audits, Reporting via GSNOW/Tableau)
5. Incident & Change Management (ITIL, SLA-driven resolutions)
6. Tools: MS Project, Excel (Advanced), Powerpoint, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint
7. Process Improvement: ITIL, ITSM, Root Cause Analysis
8. Stakeholder Communication: Cross-functional team leadership

Exp working on Managed Infra/End user/Cloud based Projects-

Ability to manage medium and large IT projects under timeline pressure and within budget



  • Ability to communicate across all level of an organization

  • Ability to lead a diverse team from multiple functions of the organization

  • Vendor Management skills

  • Manage complete lifecycle of project - Initiation to Closure

  • Responsible for planning, tracking milestones, activity schedules, issue resolution, resourcing, costs, risk mitigation etc.

  • Develop, Execute & Track various plans

  • Coordinate with various teams & stakeholders and track project activities to ensure timely delivery

  • Vendor Management for sourcing Resources, hardware, connectivity, OS and software licenses etc.

  • Periodic Reporting

  • Obtain user feedback and make sure their issues, concerns are resolved

  • Effective project handover for Steady State Operations (Project Closure)

  • Travel to client site as required
