PMO -
Key Responsibilities:
Strong ability to define proactive proposals of KPIs to demonstrate improvement or capture deviation Assist in the preparation and upkeep of project documentation, reports, and Azure dashboards to ensure accurate project tracking and visibility. Coordinate and manage scheduling of meetings, agenda preparation, and minute-taking for PMO-related sessions. Monitor project progress and maintain project management tools and systems to support effective project delivery. Facilitate onboarding and training of project team members on PMO processes and best practices. Serve as a communication liaison between the PMO, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and information flow. Support resource tracking and budget monitoring activities to uphold project financial controls. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of PMO and project managers to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in an administrative or project support role.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure Devops, JIRA, etc).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
