Missions description :
Objective is to prepare our HRIS Strategy review next year by:
> Collecting HRIS and Architecture requirements
> Building materials, methodology and governance for collecting exercise and future updates
> Collect Data of all HRIS local systems in AXA Partners, (incl. costs/flows/accesses etc)
> Prepare 2026 workshops methodology
Prefered experience: Senior / Mid-senior experience as IT PMO/PMO/Product Owner
Required technical skills :Understanding/knowledge/experience in IT Governance/Scrum/HRIS
English + Spanish speaker at least
Optionals technical skills : French speaker ; Architecture (TOGAF)
Interpersonal skills: Proactive ; Resilient ; Adaptable ; Outgoing ; Problem solver
Background and experiences: Experiences in HRIS would be a +, in complex and international companies
Technical environnement: O365
