Job Summary

As a head of Project Management Office, you are responsible for overseeing the entire Project Management Office within an organization, ensuring projects align with strategic goals, follow best practices, and are executed efficiently by managing a team of project managers, monitoring project performance, and reporting to senior stakeholders; essentially acting as the leader and decision-maker for all project management activities within the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide a team of Project Managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
  • Ensure Projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
  • Ensure proper project activation of project making sure all items in handover checklist are complete.
  • Ensure all Change requests are logged and go through work flow approval.
  • Secure Customer Sign-off on completion reports.
