DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Scope Management & Change Control

• Manages project scope from initial endorsement to final execution.
• Maintains an accurate database of build information and ensures it is correctly channeled to all relevant teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Leads the change management process, meticulously documenting and justifying any scope changes before they are re-endorsed.

Program Progress and Performance Reporting

• Tracks and reports on the overall progress of programs, providing key insights and measuring outcomes against established targets.
• Monitors project budgets, tracks cost variations, and generates essential reports such as balance scorecards (BSC), Key Perfor...
