PMO (Project Manager) With Finance and Manufacturing Experience – Remote from Mexico

PMO will be responsible for supporting development process:

  • Preparing presentations, slide decks as per directions given by business
  • Attending meetings, taking detailed notes and publishing minutes
  • Developing detailed timelines for the client initiatives under Finance Reporting Enhancement Project
  • Setting up and attending regular meetings to monitor and track action items and timeline activity completion
  • Developing and maintaining documentation per client standards in a defined document archiving structure
  • Producing reports, lists, basic calculation reports in Excel as per directions given by business
  • Drafting email communications as per directions given by business
