PMO (Project Manager) With Finance and Manufacturing Experience – Remote from Mexico
PMO will be responsible for supporting development process:
- Preparing presentations, slide decks as per directions given by business
- Attending meetings, taking detailed notes and publishing minutes
- Developing detailed timelines for the client initiatives under Finance Reporting Enhancement Project
- Setting up and attending regular meetings to monitor and track action items and timeline activity completion
- Developing and maintaining documentation per client standards in a defined document archiving structure
- Producing reports, lists, basic calculation reports in Excel as per directions given by business
- Drafting email communications as per directions given by business
