PMO & QM Assistance
to join our team
What will you do?
• Support Program organization and PMO activities.
• Maintain Program roadmaps and status reporting.
• Coordinate Program meetings and ensure follow-up on actions and decisions.
• Manage team lists, distribution lists, and user access (on/offboarding).
• Plan and coordinate Program activities, including steering committees and supplier meetings.
• Support Travel Management Program activities.
• Facilitate Program meetings and technical onboarding.
• Maintain collaboration platforms for internal and external stakeholders (SharePoint, Teams).
• Ensure Program compliance with IT quality standards and processes.
• Act as a sparring partner to Project Managers with an agile mindset.
