What you should know about the job: Our Customer Success team, based in LATAM, is looking for a highly analytical, strategy-driven, and organized individual to act as the right hand to the CS Director. This role is designed for a professional translator of ideas—someone who can take complex data and high-level visions and turn them into structured projects, powerful narratives, and actionable strategies.
As the Strategy Enablement & PMO Lead , you will be the engine behind the CS leadership, ensuring that our strategic vision is executed with excellence and that our performance is consistently communicated through high-impact, data-driven storytelling.
