Job Role : PMO Support Executive

Experience : 3+ Years

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Head of Department (HOD) calendar and schedules
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including large group meetings
  • Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Provide daily support for PMO tasks and activities
  • Handle general administrative duties and documentation
  • Process invoices and support basic financial administration
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders using MS Teams and SharePoint

Qualifications / Skills

  • Experience supporting PMO functions and project-related activities
  • Familiar with invoice processing and administrative workflows
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and MS Teams
