Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Head of Department (HOD) calendar and schedules
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including large group meetings
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow-ups
- Provide daily support for PMO tasks and activities
- Handle general administrative duties and documentation
- Process invoices and support basic financial administration
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders using MS Teams and SharePoint
Qualifications / Skills
- Experience supporting PMO functions and project-related activities
- Familiar with invoice processing and administrative workflows
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and MS Teams
