As part of the new global Quality Startup Team in PU Digital Solutions, providing quality-related PMO support to multiple IT projects.
Your tasks will be:
Supporting large scale projects as a member of the Quality Startup Team based on the PMI and T-Systems project management standards.Analysing project contracts and annexes in German or English to find relevant detailsLiaise with team to identify and define project and contractual requirements, scope, objectives.Support on creating time plan/project plan, budget breakdown.Keeping contact with clients, forwarding and mediating demands, expectations and problems.Regular monitoring of progress, analyzing processes, making regular status reports.Managing and supporting the daily work of the project team (facilitate telephone conferences, international meetings, taking meeting minutes, etc.).Communicating with the stakeholders (e.g. Legal, SDM, Customer, internal Program Tea...
