Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support in all project management areas including:
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation in Excel and PowerPoint
- Organizing and coordinating workshops meetings and related logistics
- Creating and updating OrgCharts meeting minutes and SharePoint content
- Tracking and following up on tasks and deliverables
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to structure document and monitor requirements and progress.
- Act as a central point of contact for project coordination and administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely communication and reporting to stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- SAP HR knowledge
