  • Demands management, prioritization.
  • CV assessment.
  • Clarification w agency, cdd, HM.
  • Send qualified CV to HM and RT.
  • Backfill int scheduling if required.
  • Chase for int Feedbacks / flag ambiguous feedbacks.
  • Reassess failed profiles for another suitable demand.
  • Weekly cadence with Agency, TA, Practices.
  • Negotiation with HM on cdd acceptances, assisted by PL.
  • Work with TA on CDD negotiations for closure, if required.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Team/client management.
  • Update all trackers / Agencies of int status/outcome.
  • Validate hiring details.
  • Priority on Scheduling of interviews.
  • Profiles assessments / validation and screening.
  • Chase for int Feedbacks.
  • Weekly cadence with Agency, TA, Practices.
  • Attend client daily cadence.
  • Update all trackers.
