Role Description

We are recruiting for a versatile individual in Compliance to ensure high standards of compliance and corporate governance:

• Lead end-to-end compliance processes and liaising across SEBI, RoC, and other regulatory bodies, including for initial PMS license procurement
• Proactively anticipate regulatory changes and adapt compliance processes ahead of formal announcements
• Coordinate closely with external CA, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to uphold impeccable corporate governance
• Manage internal financial operations

Preferred Background

• Experience: 1+ years in compliance for a SEBI-registered PMS, AIF or suitable experience that can translate well into this role
