About the Job

  • This is a critical position as the role requires high analytical skills to drive the PO movement cycles, maintain the correct PO price, and issue Service Entries for fabric/ sundries liabilities settlement with vendors. Accurate and efficient reporting skills and Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and SAP knowledge required. 
  • Monitor the global supply chain activities by maintaining purchase order adjustment & movement cycles according to policies
  • Resolve PO errors and PO interface issues per service level agreement.
  • Maintain global purchase order price correctly and ensure validation & approval processes are in place.
  • Participate in fabric and sundries planning process via service entry issuance on liability materials to vendors.
  • Work closely with the S4 project team on system integrations and implementation, and work on top of the regional operations team to identify possible risks with proposed plan/ solutions
  • Support system tool enhancement like SAP Winshuttle developer.
  • Prepare accurate analysis and reports for management.
  • Negotiate and drive greater understanding and adherence to global policies and processes.
  • Handle exceptional activities and ad-hoc requirements.

    • About You

    Education: 

  • Degree in operations, industrial engineering, mathematics, statistics, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent

    • Experience:

  • Relevant working experience in the following fields: Supply Planning in the Apparel industry; Sourcing/ Capacity Planning; Demand Aggregation

    • Specialized Knowledge/Technical Skills:

  • SAP/ APO/ S4
  • Power BI
  • Excel 
  • Power points
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and be able to “tell a story”
