We are currently seeking a Pod2 - Testing to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

"Test Coverage & Strategy

Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure complete test coverage across data mapping, pipelines, transformations, and reporting layers.
Design and execute test plans for Databricks notebooks, ETL workflows, and orchestration jobs.

Validation & Quality Assurance

Validate data ingestion, transformation, aggregation, and cleansing logic against business rules.
Perform data reconciliation between source, staging, and target systems for accuracy and completeness.
Test data quality dimensions: accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and validity.

Automation & Frameworks

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using SQL, Python, and tools like Pytest, JUnit, or TestNG.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Performance & Security

Conduct performance testing for queries and transformations; identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies (e.g., Unity Catalog, row/column-level access).

Collaboration

Work closely with data engineers, architects, and business analysts to identify gaps and defects.
Provide clear defect reports, dashboards, and test execution results to stakeholders.

Agile Practices

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes."
