We're not looking for a “traditional” video editor.
We're looking for someone who gets the internet & meme culture .

Someone who can spot a viral moment in a 45-minute podcast and can create a clip that goes viral. Someone who can make a funny business/VC meme that gets people talking.

If you've ever run a meme page, made a Reel that unexpectedly blew up, or stayed up late testing AI tools just for fun — you're probably the kind of creative we want.

You don't need a degree or formal training; we care more about your taste, curiosity, and ability to learn fast.

What You'll Be Doing

• Edit full-length podcast episodes (audio + video) for flow, pacing, and clarity
• Cut and package clips for all socials — with hooks that grab attention instantly.
• Add captions, transitions, and sound design that feel native to social
• Identify the most engaging moments from each conversation and bring them to life
• Experiment with AI tools to streamline editing or spark new ideas
• Collaborate with hosts and marketing to evolve the show's creative direction
