Policy Admin Systems Specialist (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

• Acts
  as a subject matter expert responsible for defining, analyzing, and
  validating business and system processes within a policy administration
  environment.


• Translates
  business needs into detailed system requirements and user stories, while
  partnering with engineering, quality assurance, and business teams
  throughout the full software development lifecycle.


• Supports
  a policy administration platform along with other configurable enterprise
  systems such as customer management tools, data integration services, and
  document generation solutions.


• Takes
  ownership of deliverables and consistently follows work through to
  completion.
