Policy Administration Assistant

  • Coordinating the development of policies and other regulations 

  • Analyzing, monitoring, measuring, reviewing, and continuously improving company policies and regulations

  • Ensuring the distribution of directives in the company

  • Oversee and participate in the production of reports, documents, briefings, and surveys around company regulations

  • Audit & Investment Committee administrator

  • Coordinate the monthly scheduling and preparations for the audit and investment committee meetings

  • Prepare and circulate the minutes of meetings and subsequent approval documentations post committee meetings

  • Ensure the committee meetings are carried out inline with meeting charters

  • Risk & Controls Management

  • Prepare and analyze Controls and Compliance performance reporting for all businesses
