Job Description
- Proposes amendments to policy for better implementation and functioning.
- Checking Rules Coding in System at appropriate intervals and ensure things are as per design.
- Review Scorecard and other Analytical tool outputs periodically from a policy perspective.
- Visit of Locations and interacting with the local teams, vendors etc. and understand and resolve the issues and provide better understanding of the policy.
- Suggest amendments in the existing process based on feedback from line team and market benchmarking.
- Ensuring compliance with RBI circular.
- Review Program level triggers and ensure compliance with all policy triggers.
- Monitor portfolio from all angles including static, lagged, and coincidental metrics and suggest policy amendments basis the overall scrutiny.
- Training and query resolution of the sales, credit and operations team.
