Job Description

A financial institution in Laguna is seeking a qualified candidate to develop and implement organizational policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in policy design and development, with a strong understanding of workflow analysis. Responsibilities include conducting research for policy development, drafting policies, and facilitating orientations.
