Policy Specialist

The Data Policy Specialist reviews the existing policies and framework in data management to identify gaps and issues. The role is vital in understanding the “what” and “why” of the issue and formulation of the policies and framework that improve data management lifecycle process of the bank. The specialist should be able to articulate the policies and framework and get the agreement of senior management for implementation.

How you'll contribute:

• Analyze problems, possible risk and issues and identify gaps in Data management policies and work together with business and subject matter experts in formulating the policies and framework that address the problem
• Coordination with Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy Officer, and Risk teams to ensure policies and framework are aligned with legal, compliance and risk framework
